How to Activate Your Terminal

Activating your Bumpa terminal is easy. Whether you own a Bumpa store or not, you can create an account and log in with a few simple steps.

To create a Terminal account;

• Visit the terminal portal - https://terminal.bumpa.com/
• Click on "Get Bumpa Terminal"

• Input your name, email address, and business name

• Click Yes if you have a physical store or No if you do not have a physical store 
• If you click Yes, you'll need to provide the number of stores you have and click on Next

• If you click No, please click on Next

• Select the number of staff you have

• Click "Yes" if you are a Bumpa merchant and "No" if you are a non Bumpa user
• If you click "Yes" input your website link and click on Submit

• If "No" , click on Submit

Awesome!! You have indicated an interest in getting a Bumpa terminal.

Next steps!

You will immediately receive an email with a button to activate your Bumpa Terminal Account. 

• Click on the button and fill out the Google form with your correct information. 

Once your account is created, you will receive a Whatsapp message from Paystack containing your virtual terminal account details
