Customer Analytics

Our customer analytics features equip business owners with relevant information about your customer behaviour (number of customers, returning customers, new customers and the average spend by customer), helping you take data-backed business decisions to improve your customer experience through personalized interactions and drive growth for your business. 

To view customer analytics:

• Log in to the Bumpa app
• Click on the More at the bottom right

• Under Reports, click on Business Analytics

• Select Customers at the top right

NB:

• You can click on This week button to filter your preferred period of analytics (i.e. This week, Last Week, This month). 

• You can also view the Top customers by the number of orders and volume.
