Updating your bank account to receive payment

To receive payouts, you will need to have a bank account on file in Bumpa.


To add a bank account:

  • Log in to the app 
  • Click more 



  • Click on bank details 





  • Select your preferred bank from the drop-down 
  • Input your preferred bank account name and account number 



  • Click save


If you are trying to update your existing bank account information, kindly send an email to support@getbumpa.com for assistance


Note that you can only update a Naira account to receive payment, if you are unable to find your preferred bank in the list, kindly contact Bumpa support at support@getbumpa.com or through the in-app chat


Remember that the account details you update here is what shows on your website if you are a premium subscriber and you turn on the direct bank transfer option
